ብቁነት

Eligible organizations must be a legally organized private entities (non-profit or for-profit) providing direct services to the pregnant and postpartum population. This could include, but is not limited to:
- Group practices
- Private health organizations
- Tribal entities
- Hospitals and health systems
- በፌዴራል ደረጃ ብቁ የሆኑ የጤና ጣቢያዎች (FQHCs)
- Rural Health Clinics (RHCs)
- School-based health centers
- Institutes of higher education

State or local government entities are not eligible.
ገንዘቦች በVirginia ውስጥ የሚገኙ አካላትን ለመደገፍ ብቻ ጥቅም ላይ መዋል አለባቸው።
ለዕድል ብቁ ለመሆን አመልካቾች ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ ሰነዶች መሙላት አለባቸው።

Applicants must demonstrate their capacity at an organizational level to appropriately and effectively manage state funds in compliance with the state grant requirements.
Applicants must work in or demonstrate the ability to expand or improve direct services provided to community members in the designated regions identified in Appendix A of the RFA.
Applicants that are collaborating with multiple organizations are encouraged to apply. One eligible entity must serve as the lead applicant and be responsible for the requirements under the subaward.
Applicants must submit a letter of support from a partnering community organization.

In order to be considered for selection, an applicant must submit completed applications no later than January 6th, 2027.  Responses received after the submission due date and time will not be accepted.  Incomplete responses – including responses missing required documents – will not be accepted.

Applications must be submitted electronically through eVA. Or from the eVA home page, navigate to “Business Opportunities” → “Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO).”

Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the contract officer.
