NOTICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SHELLFISH AREA CONDEMNATION
NUMBER 100-032, LITTLE MOSQUITO CREEK

በአርዕስት 28.2 መሠረት፣ ምዕራፍ 8፣ §§ 28.2-803 እስከ 28.2-808፣ § 32.1-20፣ እና § 2.2-4002፣ B.16 of the Code of Virginia:
1. The “Notice and Description of Shellfish Area Condemnation Number 100-032, Little Mosquito Creek,” effective 19 November 2010, is cancelled effective 15 January 2026.
2. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 100-032, shown as Sections A and B, is hereby established, effective 15 January 2026. As to Section A, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from this area for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. As to Section B, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to take shellfish from this area, for any purpose. The boundaries of these areas are shown on the map titled “Little Mosquito Creek, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 100-032, 15 January 2026” which is part of this notice.
3. Conditionally Approved Shellfish Area (Closed Status) Number 100-032, shown as Section M1, is hereby established effective 15 January 2026, and shall remain in force until rescinded. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from this area for any purpose during such period while in the closed status, except by permit granted by Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of this area are shown on the map titled “Little Mosquito Creek, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 100-032, 15 January 2026” which is part of this notice.
4. የጤና መምሪያው በማንኛውም ጊዜ በማንኛውም ፍላጎት ያለው አካል የሚቀርቡ አቤቱታዎችን ይህንን ትዕዛዝ እንደገና እንዲታይ ወይም እንዲሻሻል በተመለከተ ይቀበላል፣ ይመለከታል እንዲሁም ምላሽ ይሰጣል።

A. The condemned area shall include that portion of Little Mosquito Creek and its tributaries upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°56'57.8",-75°26'50.8") and map coordinate (37°56'56.6",-75°26'52.3"); as well as upstream of a second line drawn between map coordinate (37°56'48.1",-75°26'49.3") and map coordinate (37°56'47.7",-75°26'49.2"); but excluding the area defined as Section B.
B. The condemned area shall include all of that portion of Little Mosquito Creek and its tributaries upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°57'04.8",-75°28'25.1") and map coordinate (37°56'59.9",-75°28'24.2").
M1. The conditionally approved area (closed status) shall that portion of Little Mosquito Creek upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°56'56.6",-75°26'52.3") and map coordinate , as well as downstream of a second line drawn between map coordinate (37°56'59.8",-75°27'08.3") and map coordinate (37°57'03.5",-75°27'07.4"); and is shown as part of Section A.
