NOTICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SHELLFISH AREA CONDEMNATION
NUMBER 101-224, BIG OYSTER BAY AND LITTLE OYSTER BAY

በአርዕስት 28.2 መሠረት፣ ምዕራፍ 8፣ §§ 28.2-803 እስከ 28.2-808፣ § 32.1-20፣ እና § 2.2-4002፣ B.16 of the Code of Virginia:
1. The “Notice and Description of Shellfish Area Condemnation Number 102-224, Big Oyster Bay and Little Oyster Bay,” effective 14 April 2008, is canceled effective 15 August 2025.
2. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 101-224, shown as Sections A through E, is hereby established effective 15 August 2025. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from these areas for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of these areas are shown on the map titled “Big Oyster Bay and Little Oyster Bay, Condemned Shellfish Number 101-224, 15 August 2025” which is part of this notice.

A. The condemned area shall include all of the unnamed inlet of Big Oyster Bay inland of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°56'47.7",-75°20'44.2") and map coordinate (37°56'46.1",-75°20'44.5").
B. The condemned area shall include all of the unnamed inlet of Big Oyster Bay inland of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°56'44.0",-75°20'44.8") and map coordinate (37°56'42.9",-75°20'45.1").
C. The condemned area shall include all of the unnamed inlet of Big Oyster Bay inland of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°56'33.4",-75°20'44.0") and map coordinate (37°56'32.6",-75°20'43.7").
D. The condemned area shall include all of Eel Creek and its tributaries upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°55'52.4",-75°21'13.8") and map coordinate (37°55'51.6",-75°21'14.3").
E. The condemned area shall include all of the unnamed inlet of Big Oyster Bay inland of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°57'08.0",-75°20'29.5") and map coordinate (37°56'58.7",-75°20'38.2").
